Description

Fildena Extra Power is prescribed for:

  • Treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult males
  • Pulmonary hypertension management (as Revatio brand)

Dosage Instructions

For erectile dysfunction:

  • Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
  • Maximum once daily
  • Effects last 4-6 hours
  • Requires sexual stimulation

For pulmonary hypertension:

  • Standard dose: three times daily
  • Maintain 4-6 hour intervals

Critical Safety Information

Absolute Contraindications:

  • Nitrate medications (including heart medications)
  • Recreational "popper" drugs
  • Concurrent use with riociguat (Adempas)

Emergency Warning Signs:

  • Erection lasting over 4 hours
  • Sudden vision changes
  • Chest pain during activity

Important Precautions

  • Store at room temperature (15-30°C)
  • Avoid alcohol consumption
  • Disclose all medications to your physician
  • Not for use with other ED treatments

Note: This medication can cause dangerous blood pressure drops when combined with nitrates. Strictly follow prescribed dosage instructions.
