Description

Fildena Professional contains sildenafil and is prescribed for:

  • Treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ED)
  • Pulmonary arterial hypertension treatment (sold as Revatio)

Dosage Guidelines

For ED treatment:

  • Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
  • Maximum frequency: once per 24 hours
  • Effects last up to 4 hours
  • Requires sexual stimulation to work

For pulmonary hypertension:

  • Standard dose: three times daily
  • Maintain 4-6 hour intervals between doses

Critical Warnings

Never combine with:

  • Nitrate medications (including nitroglycerin)
  • Recreational nitrite drugs ("poppers")
  • Riociguat (Adempas)

Emergency Situations

Seek immediate medical care for:

  • Erections lasting over 4 hours
  • Sudden vision changes or loss
  • Chest pain during sexual activity

Important Precautions

  • Store at 15-30°C (59-86°F)
  • Avoid alcohol consumption
  • Disclose all medications to your doctor
  • Do not combine with other ED treatments

Note: This medication can cause dangerous blood pressure drops when taken with nitrates. Always follow your doctor's prescribed dosage exactly.
