Description

Fildena XXX 100mg treats:

Erectile dysfunction (ED) by improving penile blood flow
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in men

Dosage & Administration

For ED:

Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
Effective for up to 4 hours
Maximum: One dose per 24 hours
Requires sexual stimulation to work

For PAH:

Take 3 times daily (4-6 hours apart)
Follow exact prescription instructions

Critical Safety Information

Absolute Contraindications:

Concurrent nitrate medication use
Recreational drugs containing nitrates ("poppers")

Serious Risks:

Priapism (prolonged erection >4 hours) - requires emergency care
Sudden vision loss - discontinue immediately
Cardiovascular events during sexual activity

Precautions

Avoid with riociguat (Adempas)
Discontinue if chest pain/dizziness occurs during sex
Store at room temperature (15-30°C)
Keep away from moisture
